      1. Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping within Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to delver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box address is entered, you will be contacted to provide a different address. If another address in not provided within a timely manner, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
      2. Processing Time: We aim to process and pack your order within 2-3 business days after receiving it. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
      3. Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your orders safely. The available shipping methods will be displayed at the checkout, and you can select the option that best suits your needs.
      4. Shipping Times: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Generally, domestic deliveries within Australia take approximately 3-5 business days. 
      5. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its expected arrival.

      7. Delivery Issues: While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
      8. Change of Address: It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
      9. Delivery to Incorrect Addresses: We kindly request that the shipping address provided is an active and accessible location to ensure successful delivery. If the address is incorrect or inaccessible, it may result in delays or the package being returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the package.
